As Amenable’s Chief of Staff, Clara keeps Amenable moving like a well-oiled machine, but she is also a big reason we don’t ever feel like a machine. Through her attention to people’s needs, she makes certain that we are all able to give our best without burnout, and she makes a point of keeping people up to date on where their projects are at so they can rest easy!

Clara is motivated by creative potential and its complexity. She explains, “ I love to-do lists just as much as the next guy, but getting to experiment and ideate and write in pencil just hits different. Being creative reminds me that truth is so much better when it is encircled by goodness and beauty.”

She hopes that people who work with her feel like she is cheering them on toward growth because, as she notes, “flourishing is a community effort.” When we asked Clara for a fun fact, she said that she only drinks coffee from mugs and rejects travel cups on a matter of principle. We expect our company drinkware to improve accordingly.
