As Amenable’s Operations Manager, Kendra is all about making things run smoothly so that our team can do what they do best. According to Kendra, “Being creative in my world involves big-picture thinking,” so she loves finding ways to improve systems and create space for creativity to thrive. Kendra holds our team together from the inside by nurturing our team’s productivity, refining our methods of operating, and keeping track of all the little things that quickly add up to big things in the long run.

Kendra’s favorite part of her work with Amenable is collaborating with a value-driven team—trust, joy, optimism, kindness, and adaptability are qualities she believes the world can always use more of. Even though Kendra is naturally gifted at making sense of our noise, she’s taking the time to appreciate the quiet details, too. She recently purchased her first paint-by-numbers art project and is enjoying the practice of learning a new skill. (She’ll let you know how it turns out!)
