Lucas Hahn, Amenable’s Operations Director, is a master of the technicalities. He oversees much of our administrative process, and he is responsible for the pragmatic, strategic decisions that keep our business going. As he puts it, “My role is to help us be efficient with things and effective with people. It’s taking a look at the how of what we do and the why to make sure we serve clients in a way that truly makes an impact and helps them flourish.
Although Lucas’s work is not always client-facing, it is always client-serving, and he hopes that his administrative prowess helps facilitate those relationships. More specifically, he desires that they feel known: “known as a person, known as an organization, and known by those they serve.” It’s this empathy that makes Lucas such a valuable member of our leadership team, and we appreciate all the ways he puts it into action.
